Awesome food. Great experience. Excellent customer service every time, especially if there is a birthday or special occasion. If you have a larger party (6 or more) call in your reservation and they'll have a VIP room and special gift(s) for the guest(s) of honor. They have snacks in the waiting area to keep the kids and hangry adults in a good mood, and they'll give toys to the kids too. Lots of meat for the omnivores and carnivores, but great options for vegans and vegetarians too. I love the tomato broth. Sure Haidilao will cost more than Panda Express, but for those not familiar with hot pot (like Japanese Shabu Shabu, Korean barbecue, or even French fondue) the act of cooking a shared meal together adds another layer to the act of eating together that makes the memory even more special. If you are lucky you experience the noodle dancer and face-changing dancers to make it an all-time epic evening.

Update: Been there again and it was good this time but not great. Very pricey. $450 with 31% for 5 people. Skip: - Szechuan Chongqing soup - normal pork bone soup - tofu/ fried tofu

We really enjoyed our hot pot food. The protein they served us was really fresh and the 4 types of broth were all delicious. My favorite was the Tom Yum. My family really enjoyed the cooking, and really enjoyed eating here. We were all really satisfied. Our server is super nice and he made sure we were ok. They have free snacks on the waiting area, my grandkids were really happy to have some. We will definitely come back here because of delicious food that are reasonably priced and the service is at par excellence.

The interactive cooking and customizable dipping sauces add a fun and engaging element.
